
1:1 Yoga & Somatic Movement Support for Women
These 1:1 sessions offer a gentle, slow, and safe trauma-informed space for women who want to reconnect with their bodies after life transitions — moments that may carry stress, grief, or loss. You might feel it’s time to welcome more joy and ease into your life but aren’t quite sure where to begin.
Through a nourishing blend of somatic movement, yoga, breath practices, embodied listening, and somatic coaching, we work together to:
Restore a felt sense of safety in your body and mind
Release patterns of tension and holding
Understand your unique nervous system and how to support it with kindness
Build inner resilience and self-compassion
This process helps you reconnect with your body, mind, and soul, honour your lived experiences, and gently soften the grip of grief, guilt, shame, or overwhelm. Over time, many women find a greater sense of connection, clarity, and confidence — and begin to feel more at home in their bodies again.
Many women come to this work feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying unspoken pain — sometimes wondering:

“Will I ever feel like myself again?”
These sessions offer a calm, non-judgemental space to gently explore what your body has been holding — especially after the many experiences we move through as women.
You may be:
Carrying stress, grief, or working through a difficult life event. Feeling anxious, burnt out, or constantly “on edge”. Struggling with low self-esteem or a sense of “not enoughness”. Navigating relationship changes, career transitions, or identity shifts
This work is not about “fixing” you. Instead, it’s about creating enough safety for you to listen inward, so you can begin to understand, acknowledge, and respond to what your body truly needs.
Through somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, nervous system support, and compassionate listening, we’ll meet you exactly where you are and gently guide your system toward regulation, reconnection, and relief.
This is body-based healing that honours your story, your pace, and your inner wisdom — supporting you as you reconnect with your innate capacity to heal.
Our 1:1 Work Will Cover
I currently have three 1:1 spaces available at a special reduced rate as part of my course case studies. These sessions are offered at a lower price in exchange for brief feedback and a short testimonial.
This work is for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and create space for more clarity, balance, and joy — whether you’re navigating life transitions, healing after loss, moving through burnout, or simply longing to feel more at home within yourself.
In our sessions, we’ll combine gentle body-based practices with coaching to support your unique journey.

'I can safely say that I am coming out of our 3 sessions a more elevated person in the sense that I have now got some clarity and a tangible understanding of what my nervous system has been trying to communicate to me for years. I used to be annoyed by my perceived weakness of my nervous system. Why is it angry again? Why is it sad? Why is it anxious? What is wrong with my nervous system? What can I eat to make it shut up etc. But now I feel I am in an open dialogue with it. I hope I can retain that channel open in future. Instead of being irritated by my nervous system I want to feel into it and listen.'
These personal sessions in this practice have equipped me with a greater understanding of
the mind-body-spirit connection. Mostly, how to recognise and when to release emotional tensions causing
discomfort within my body, through a combination of listening kindly to my inner self and actively engaging
in the techniques taught to enable me to heal and restore a balance across my mind, body and spirit.
My revelations- the realisation that we can heal ourselves through Somatic Movement (mindful movement,
postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques) - again, by being open and willing to learn and listen
through guidance and tuition from those trained and practiced in this approach, to help recognise the true
connection between mind and body and even one's spirit.
