Women's Stretch & Soothe Yoga Class

For: Women of all ages (under 16s may attend if accompanied by an adult)
When: Weekly in person class during school term times

A nourishing blend of Hatha Flow, Yin, and Somatic Movement

This is a gentle yet powerful one-hour class designed just for you — a sacred pause in the week to come home to your body and breath.

This class supports you to mindfully build strength and flexibility, release deeply held tension, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Each session invites you to move intuitively, explore mindful breathing, and rest in guided relaxation.

Expect a thoughtful combination of:

  • Slow, flowing movement to build strength and support mobility

  • Still, floor-based postures that encourage deep release and introspection

  • Somatic invitations to explore how your body feels from the inside out

  • Simple breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system

  • Mindfulness and deep rest to restore balance and clarity

  • Reconnecting with your body after periods of disconnection or tension

When we are caught in the demands of daily life — giving, doing, rushing — it’s easy to forget to check in with ourselves. This class is a gentle invitation to slow down, to listen deeply, and to meet yourself where you are — with compassion, breath, and presence.

Deep Relaxation & Release (online)

For: Anyone
When: Special Monthly On Line Class (check timetable for next dates)

Experience one hour of deep relaxation through Yin Yoga (floor based yoga supported with props) mindfulness meditation, visualisation, body mapping or yogic sleep, with a voluntary sharing circle at the end to be compassionately listened to acknowledge or release anything from the experience. 


This class will support deep muscle relaxation, (just as important as contracting and building muscles strength), aid sleep, support digestion, release stress and anxiety or maybe simply a chance to slow down and listen without judgment, sometimes we even fall asleep and that is completely all ok. 

​There will be a theme each month linking in with our monthly newsletter. You will also receive information about what deep relaxation practice we will be using and why.

Expressive Movement 

For: Anyone

An Outdoor Class for Mindful, Expressive Embodiment

Join us for a weekly Somatic Movement class held in the heart of the woods — a gentle, soulful space to reconnect with your body, your senses, and the natural world around you.

Each session begins with a quiet, mindful walk through nature, followed by a grounding group check-in where we acknowledge how we’re feeling and what we need in the moment. From there, we move into an expressive movement practice — guided with optional cues to support presence, awareness, and freedom — or you’re welcome to move intuitively, just as you are.

This is not a performance or a practice of perfection, but a time to return to yourself: to move freely, breathe deeply, and feel fully. After the session, you’re free to walk back together in conversation or quiet reflection.

– Cultivating mindfulness and sensory awareness
– Feeling grounded and supported by nature
– Expressing emotions through movement
– Sharing open space with others in a non-judgmental environment

No experience necessary — just bring your presence, a willingness to listen to your body, and appropriate footwear for walking outdoors.

Seasonal Retreats

For: Anyone

When: Seasonal basis (check the timetable for next dates)

Seasonal Retreats are mindfully created, taking inspiration from the current season's energy, philosophy of yogic wisdom and ancient teachings. 

 

Retreats can include Mindful Slow Hatha Flow Yoga or a stronger Stronger Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga for deep stretching, seasonally inspired food plus time for talking, mindful walks, somatic movement, deep relaxation, sound, sharing circles and prayer.

 

Seasonal retreats allow us the time to show up as we are, connecting with the energy of the season, take time out of our busy lives to be our ourselves for a day without the burden of roles or responsibilities.

Women's 1-1 Yoga & Somatic Movement Coaching Sessions

 

 

 

 

These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, honouring your unique journey as a woman. In a safe space through trauma-informed somatic movement and coaching, you’ll learn to listen to the subtle signals of your body—helping you navigate difficult life transitions which may include loss & grief. It is 1hour of gentle support to be heard and seen to process emotions, through somatic mind-movement-breath practices and coaching exercises. It is a space to reconnect with yourself. Over time, this work nurtures self-compassion, clarity, and the confidence to move forward day to day with a little more ease.

Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you're- some examples could include:

  • Managing muscle imbalances or tension from injury or trauma

  • Coping with stress, anxiety in Motherhood, or postnatal mind-body recovery

  • Seeking support after baby loss or birth trauma

  • Exploring the deeper layers of the Mother Wound- linked to relationships with family members

  • Symptoms in the body linked to stress-digestive issues, sleep issues, extreme fatigue, headaches

We will weave together compassionate listening, mindful movement and meditation, breathwork, yoga and somatic practices—guiding you toward a deeper connection with your body and emotions. This journey isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about reclaiming the wisdom and strength already within you. Creating a kind inner dialogue that supports and listens.
